Winnipeg and Cigars?

Anyone ever been in this city and experienced the cigar scene? I only live 4 hours away and would consider buying a passport for a trip up there for a weekend if it was worth it. I'd obviously be interested in smoking legit Cuban cigars indoors somewhere and perhaps take in a Winnipeg Jets game although that ticket may cost more than the a box of good Cubans by the sounds of it..

cuban cigars in canada are very expensive. and if i remember correctly there is no indoor smoking. i may be wrong since im not from there but im pretty sure ive heard that somewhere.0
