Padilla 1948 question...

I know that Padilla had a Signature 1948 and I like that one but I also have seen a Padilla 1948 Edicion Limitada Robusto. Is this the same stick? The band looks very similar with an additional band. They have been signifantly cheaper which makes me weary on a purchase. Has anyone else had the chance to compare the two?

I haven't had the Signature 1948 but have had the Edicion and really enjoyed it. I think you would enjoy it and they aren't priced to bad either.

Good stuck for the price but totally different from the original. Original are made by Racies Cubanas in honduras with habano wrapper. The maduro EL is Plasencia made in nicaragua with maduro wrapper. Body profile is about the same. Great value stick.

Never had the original habano wrapped one but the maduro EL are a damn fine smoke. For $2/each they are one of the best values out there in my opinion.
