Just ruined a good tat using $2 cutter because Xikar is sent in for repair

    Rubbed the band till it was loose enough to slide down and hold the frayin wrapper in place

    That's terrible! I know you feel bad about that. I guess you just need to get a better spare cutter. I'm sorry!

    quick and hard. I have a ton of cutters, but even the dull onces work just fine if u get them against the wrapper and just squeeze hard and fast. sucks to hear tho. try a V-cut.

    I've strayed from cutting. I have the Xikar multi-tool, but I don't cut...I use one side of the cutter to cut around the cap. Then just peel off the flap. Todd showed me that. It was like stepping into the light!

    Used to be that all I ever used was those cheap 2$ cutters, until I used a good one for the first time. I still can't believe what a difference it makes.
