Phalanx/War Chest maduro Difference?

C.com Staff this qustion is probably more for you guys. What is the difference between the MoW Phalanx and the maduro from the War Chest?

    i guess what im getting at is: will it be stronger or more mild?

    To me, they're exactly the same. But that's probably because I haven't tried either. :D
