inspired by the "saving money or the need for the name brand" thread.
What are your favorite "budget" sticks - since the term "budget" is somewhat subjective, please post what it is and the average cost you typically pay per stick. If it happens to come from a competitor don't post from who.
I'll go first.... C.Com Cameroon Label Robusto $2.50ea

I like the RP Segundos from Ccom. Great smokes and great price. Vintage 90 and 92's avg about $3 a cigar if you include shipping.

Hey brc, wassssupppp! I usually spend anywhere from $5-$10 a stick, but being a budget stick I buy these maduros from my local shop and they taste pretty good, I didn't pay attention as to the name of them, but I am going to town tomorrow and will post the name of them and how much they cost. Talk to ya later bro!0

I don't know anyone who doesn't like the Perdomo ESV '91 seconds; another favorite of mine are the Punch Segundos.0
-
the cusano P1 is very good in my opinion.
and of course... the cigar.com house blends.0 -
My budget cigars would be ccom Brazilian and Fuente 8-5-8. Unfortunately I only have a few 8-5-8's and no brazilians. I am in the process of getting my inventory down to only a few brands. I am almost done with my experiment stage.0

Padron Londres, only $2.76 a stick. Daaaaamn good.0
-
My favorite budget stick is the Onyx. It runs about $50-$60 for a box of 20 and they are a well made smoke with great flavor. I've never had any burn issues with the Onyx.0
-
My favorite budget stick has to be the Gurkha HMR. For $750 a stick its a deal you cant beat!0

Mine are:
Flor De Oliva Original - $2.25
Nub Conn. - $3.50
5 Vegas Classic - $3.000 -
I agree with the 5V classic...got about 2 boxes worth stashed. Always a good stick to have on hand IMO.
Keep in mind guys, with these SCHIP prices taking effect in about 1 1/2 days, these "budget" sticks might just cost you a little more.0 -
Cuban Aristocrat ...about 3.25 per stick ...nice toasty/nutsy flavor..I like the perfectos...have only seen these one place at a local b&m...I always gat a handful every time there...anyone else had these0

"Budget" to me means less than $3 per stick. Of those I am exploring the RP Segundos. I've had the Fusion nats. and they weren't for me, but I want to try out some of the others. The clear winner so far have been the C.com House Blends especially the Brazilians, Corojos and Blue labels. I have box Brazilians in the humi right now and plan to add the other two in a little while. When it comes to 'Firsts' I tend to range between $6-$10 per stick.0

Also, Sol Cubano Series B are quite tasty for a budget smoke. Just dont expect a "perfect" burn. Atleast in my exerience anyway. If you can get passed that...good smoke!0

The Central American All-Star sample pack:
Padilla Habano
Hoyo de Monterrey Excalibur
Verdadero Organic
5 Vegas Classic
Camacho 1962
All five sticks for $10! That's $2/stick! I put one of these in with every order I place, can't beat it. (I don't know why I can't put anything in the post in a list)
Yeah, breaks! What a PITA!!!0 -
All for $10? Is that from here at C.com? I looked but didn't find it. If you can just copy paste the link. It doesn't' have to be clickable.bigharpoon:The Central American All-Star sample pack:
