Any opinions on the Partagas 898 ISOM?

I know nothing about cigars from down south. A friend came across some of these in Churchill size. If I could grab a few for $10 each, would that be a decent deal?

the current production 8-9-8 is a 6.7 x 43 size. a touch shorter and quite a bit smaller than a "standard" churchill (julieta no.2 in ISOM terms 7 x 48ish)
$10 is about right for the price. maybe a little low but not by much.
be careful. if the source that he got them from is not "approved" then they may not be real. I only bring that up because the price is slightly lower than it "should" be.0 -
I just checked the current pricing, and it was a box of 25 for $250.01.0

898 are a great cigar from Partagas. As said already, be weary of a source that prices them 2-3 dollars less than any other place.0

Partagas 898's are brilliant, wonderful young and aged....one of the strongest Cuban cigars around today

Easily my favorite Partagas cigar. Shorts and Lusis not far behind, but the 898 is really something special.0
