Thanks guys.This is true, the floors all have to be replaced, and the commandant wants tile. So my next R&R will be spent laying tile, painting, and all that stuff to get it ready to be moved into in March or April.0

Congrats James!!! My wife and I just closed on a house 2 weeks ago!! My first ever home purchase!! Super excited for the hot tub and deck over looking a lake in E. Washington!! It sure is a different feeling owning because you can make it your own!! Best of luck to you.0

Well, the inspection revealed that a new roof had to be put on, one room has moisture in it and the flooring is damaged, the A/C system needs replaced, and some electrical issues as well. So, we had to turn the property down because it was going to cost far more than what the house was worth. The search goes on, again.0

Good luck in the new hunt. Just don't spend all of your boating funds. Priorities need to be set up front!0
