How do you add a link?

I'm trying to add a link to my signature line, but can't figure out how to do the html. Can anyone help with this?

    Like this:
    <a href="web address here">Descriptive text here</a>

    The href part references a web address, the text in the middle gives you something to click on. Like, the following link for Cigar.com
