I'm having a smoke tonight to celebrate being able to smoke again after having wisdom teeth removed and having our house under contract. The one with the most votes wins.

1. Padron 64 Natural
2. Ghurka Cellar Reserve
3. Ashton blend LAdC

    Padron
Intelligence is knowing that a tomato is a fruit; wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad.

I like Oliva and Quesada (including Regius) a lot.  I will smoke anything, though.

Voting over. My advanced backwoods GA math skills determine the Padron 64 Natural Monarca the winner! I was surprised to see only one vote for the lady. Oh well it may come to a fiery demise before the end of the weekend. Thanks for voting!

If by reporting findings you mean a review then here you go.

Each person has their own opinions on what's most important in a cigar. For me it's construction and the flavor towards the end. If it has a good draw, doesn't require touch-ups, and doesn't get bitter towards the end then it automatically gets high marks for me. No surprise for a Padron but this one passed with flying colors in each of those categories.

In terms of flavor, it wasn't 100% in my wheelhouse but still really good and there were enough transitions to keep it interesting. Primary flavors were coffee, earth, and black pepper. Keeping the coffee reference from the beginning to end it started out as a nice creamy latte and finished as a bold roast french press. Smoked to the nub in 1hr 45min

I would really have to go for the Padron. As much as I love Cellar Reserves....the 1964 is even better.
