Is this Cuban Montecristo No. 2 Authentic?

Hi my friend gave me this cigar the other day. He said it is from cuba. however i am skeptical. Does anyone know if this is authentic or not. thank you so much in advance. and i am sorry for sounding like a newbie. ( because i am.)

I also took a photo of the "tax stamp" that was on the box when he took it off.

    Not sure that an authentic seal would spell tobacco as 'tabacco'...

    Well, that barcode gives this info: The product is original from Habanos S.A. HSA: 10.7019.26.0290 Descripcion: ROMEO Y JULIETA ROMEO No.3 CB-UW-C/S-9,9,7-A/T-25 So that seal is not from a box of Monte #2's. Probably pretty safe to assume the cigar isn't authentic, either.

    Yup! If you have the seal, Habanos has a site where you can can run the serial number. Gotta make sure thebcode works and the product matches. As you see, counterfeiters will take a genuine label and re-stick it to a fake

    Band is fake, it should also have a box press at the foot
