    Squid cooked Filipino adobo style. This place cooked it without cleaning them. Not used to eating the guts and innards. Meh, Mom's is way better.

    Now, that looks awesome. I'd pound that down.

    We went to a new-to-us buffet and they had Crawfish out...only in the South. I went for the spicy cold squid instead.
    Intelligence is knowing that a tomato is a fruit; wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad.

    I like Oliva and Quesada (including Regius) a lot.  I will smoke anything, though.
