    Technically, there are 4 bands in an envelope there. Nice selection though (cigars not bands)

    I'm not sure why you are whining Daniel ....... He did exactly what you asked. You didn't specify that the bands needed to be cigar bands ...... Then he was kind enough to reward you handsomely for work....... Please take this the right way otherwise I may have to organize a secret mass bombing of Rancho Cucamonga !
