Damn. We are already getting nailed! 2 prospective buyers tonight and 2 more this weekend! One lady already came by this afternoon and they are coming back to see it with her husband! There is a hug possibility we will have a biddig war and multiple offers on our house by the end of te weekend! Send good juju and say some prayers for us! :)

We have a new house all lined up and a contract has been established and signed. Financing is all in place and ready to go.... I can't hold my excitement back!!!!!!

    We go to our realtor today to review offers on the house. Wish us luck. One of the offers might be a full cash offer... but we aren't positive.

    Thank you all for the support and prayers/juju/good vibes and everything. We do have an update. Well.... Good news is we accepted an offer. Bad news... We had to reject SIX OTHER OFFERS!!!! Lol we had 7 total offers on the house in under 36 hours! Keep up the good juju and prayers! We are possibly looking at being moved out by Halloween! :)
