Odd animals you want to own

so for a while and now I'm still debating if I should start a tank and get some mantis shrimp. They look awesome and I'm a big fan of odd animals! I've always owned exotic animals when I was younger and really miss having them. They are like rare cigars...you check on them all the time you obsesse over them and you always want more. So what are some pets you've been thinking of getting?

    Australia has so many cute little furry creatures. Every time I see one on imgur I want one. But, we have enough animals for now.
