How to contact April?

Going to put my newb on full display!  Have read posts about April taking care of and putting orders together for CCOM users.  How do I reach her?

    Call the 1-800 number and ask for April. I don't recall an April but, all the reps are very friendly and extremely helpful. You can speak to them by phone or email them directly and they're very responsive. Which posts are you referencing?
