usaf06 doesn't play well with others

I was selling some Zombies and along comes usaf06 asking about a trade. At the time I wasn't looking to trade but told him I would be open after getting Zombies sold. We discovered our mutual enjoyment of boutique cigars. So he asks if I am ready to trade and I said sure thing. This is what he sends. How the hell am I supposed to respond to this? My family is scared of the mailbox now. Wish me luck.

Snakes return came in today. Excellent selections and can't wait to fire up one of the zombies.
