     This morning was a 5 Vegas Classic Churchill  I've had this one for about eight years.
    It was very one dimensional, but in a good way.  Earthy, kind of woody, with a slight pepper zing.  A very long finish.  I smoked a ton of these over the years, but this was  the first in a long time.

    @jgibvHahahaha, it was awesome.  Local place called South Lime doughnuts. Had brisket and a sweet BBQ glaze on top of their standard glazed doughnut.  I'd gladly eat it again.  They claimed it was one step beyond the maple bacon doughnut, which they also serve.

    As a law enforcement officer, I will be the resident doughnut expert and there is no such thing as beyond a maple bacon doughnut.
