    This type of talk is nothing new in this state.  It's either booze, property, tobacco, or fatty foods that gets brought up the most often.  This state is not good with money.

    that's an understatement, and that's why I don't buy locally, unless I find something I cant get anywhere else, that's Chicago and most likely cook county they go hand in hand.
