Got a box today from @genareddog . He had some sausage making books he was getting rid of so I took them off his hands since I love making jerky and want to dabble in sausage...
Shoulda know he would send a little extra. The coaster is awesome and so are the sticks. Once I make some, I'll package up my meat sausage for ya...
