Question for Nevada BOTL/SOTL

Ill be down there in August... gonna be super hot. LOL my question is... what are the smoking laws like down there? Oregon is fairly strict on them and I was curious what Dos and Donts there are down there. I would be smoking outside due to the areas im gonna be in are rather small towns and doubt there are any cigar shops or casinos in the area.

    Just a little more info.... Ill be in Rachel and Tonopah. Possibly a short stop off in Ash Springs..... but more than likely just for gas and snacks. lol

    First off, what route are you taking down? Most of them pass right by me, and I would happily share a smoke with you on your way through. 

    Laws are decent. No outrages taxes, indoor smoking allowed at owners discretion (bars and whatnot). You can sit outside and smoke pretty much anywhere you want. What are you doing down there, and for how long?

    I am flying into Vegas, grabbing a rental and heading north to Rachel where I am staying. We went there to hit Area 51 gates for my wife's 30th Bday and I fell in love with that area. The desert and the absolute silence.... So nice since ive spent my entire life in the city. lol Plus we are thinking about moving to Tonopah in the future. So thought I might scope it out. Ill be there August1st-3rd flying back home from Vegas on the night of the 3rd.


    I might be going to Hot August Nights next year.... If so we will totally have to meet up! :-) this year im just flying over Reno. lol (I don't think that's even the flight route they take..... lol)

    Ok so once you make it to Nevada what are the rules for smoking in alien space craft? I would assume that its considered indoors but do our laws apply to them or does it fall under similar rules/laws as an embassy? I really need to know. I also got PMd a free ticket to Nevada with gibby but don't want to go unless I can smoke in a UFO.
