Cigar Database

Thinking about creating a database for cigar inventory. In it I wold have general name size manufacturer aquire date price also if gifted and gifted by. Would anyone be interested in this? Would also have a Contact database to keep track of address and so forth of the botl member list. Let me know and if you would like any special fields or so forth. I will start working it soon.

    If you have MS Access, you can use one of the template databases for Retail and make some very minor mods. I did and it works well for me

    I would be interested if you can add what comes in and deduct everything I take out or smoke. YOU being the operative word there as I dont have the dicipline

    I just created my own excel spread sheet.  Very similar to what @wylaff posted a link to.  I have an extra tab for addys.  Initial creation and logging was a pain, but now that its up and running, its easy peasy.

    Oh, that's right, several did.  :s
    It's a lot easier for some of us that don't have a bomb shelter full of cigars. More interested in keeping track who gave me what so I can thank them when I do smoke it.

    Keeping track of who sent you what is tough to do after a while.
    But I do remember who sent me what and I have a picture record of them.
    And I often have to go back to that. 
    I will give a bit of advice on that though, if you try and keep up with retaliation, you will drive yourself insane. I'm a big advocate on pay it forward, but I also try and retaliate when the opertunity arises. And I like to get creative. LOL!
