First off..happy birthday! Secondly, looks like a great chance to share some sticks with a few great botls! Wish i could have been there, but life sometimes doesnt allow everything to happen. Either way, sure the party is still going, and a great time will continue to be had by all whom are lucky enough to have had the opportunity. Great work, enjoy the day(s). Post more pics!

After driving 8hrs, getting situated in my villa, driving 30min to Mikey's inlaws, stuffing my gut on the shrimp boil... then the cigar and apple-pie moonshine... what would you expect from an old guy?

No wait; that's actually my gangsta pose.

Peter doesn't act like an old guy...peter4jc said:After driving 8hrs, getting situated in my villa, driving 30min to Mikey's inlaws, stuffing my gut on the shrimp boil... then the cigar and apple-pie moonshine... what would you expect from an old guy?

Started with a beer... Then it was eating time. He was a quick study on the Cajun art of shrimp peeling. He ate everything, the spicier the better. Then it was shine and stogies on the porch mixed with some story sharing. I was about to give in when to my relief Peter says he's headed to his villa to recharge so we we can start over next day. I'm guessing we will be partying like rock stars tonight."Come party with me in Tennessee for my birthday July we can smoke in the Smokey's."3 -
Ya gotta watch Peter. He'll lead ya astray at any opportunity.

Good times for sure. Great hospitality from Mikie and his family. Also Peter who let me say with him. Great scenery and even great audio. Last night herfin on the porch we heard crickets and bullfrogs. No other sounds. None.2
-
I heard Mikey passing gas. I can see where you could mistake that for a bullfrog.

Bob'll have a few more photos to post; Mikey's inlaws took us 4-wheeling up to the top of a mountain, and he got some great pics.
I'll tell ya, the cigars taste better up here.

Me, Bob_Luken, and Craig (nolagizmo's father inlaw) at an old grist mill that's being restored... halfway up the mountain. The grist mill is fed by a stream that collects in a pond upstream where a trout farm is growing all the trout for the region.

The all-time master of photo-bombers!
Bob_Luken said he wanted me in the picture, so of course I had to oblige.
