    @Usaf06 sent me one in a cigars for beer trade a while back. I liked it so much I searched on line for several days. Found a store in Germany selling them for double the original price. Sorry, but good luck finding them in a store.
    There might be a few BOTL here that have some hidden away and willing to sell or trade.
