Sobremesa owner cares about your experience

Some of you have heard this story already but today it came to its conclusion.

Several months ago I purchased a 5ER of sobremesa Tiempo cigars from an online store.
They spent nine days in the mail, and I fired one up the day I got it.... total rookie maneuver.
It was pretty dry and it tasted pretty horrible.

So I left a comment in the review section about my bad experience, and put the other four to sleep in the cooler.

A couple of weeks ago I got an email from a man named Steve Saka.
Said he was the owner and master blender of sobremesa.
He asked me for a shipping address to send me a few replacements, which I provided him.

This came today from Cindy Saka, with a card from Steve.

I'm totally blown away.

    Classy. That Mi Querida is better than any of the Sobremesas IMO.

    I had a similar experience with Ezra Zion. 
    It is so great when a company's owner actually contacts you and stands up for their products! Enjoy Jeff.

    I've smoked 3 Mi Querida in the last 2 weeks lol I can't get enough of them.
    One of my favorite cigars.

    Got to say, even without great customer service I would still smoke them.......but it doesn't hurt when the owner stands by what he sells......and is a fellow New Englander!!!
