    Grew up om Velveeta and love it to this day. So darn versatile. Amazing how Europeans get down on us and our processed yellow cheese products.

    Got a bag of laughing cow little cheeses,you know the little ones wrapped in wax. They are delicious!!

    i was fortunate enough to try some of the AUTHENTIC Wisconsin cheese curds that Brad @avengethis ; brought to the last Chicago Herf.  ooo man those were tasty!

    our annual trip to "amish country" is coming up, and we always have to stop by Heini's Cheese Chalet.
    we bring back a cooler full, throw most of it in the chest freezer, and are set for the year!!!

    The smoked Baby Swiss sucked; swiss has that odd flavor to start with (which I like) that gets thrown for a bad loop when smoked.
