Living in South Jersey where we are famous for our tomatoes & corn, so tonight it's corn on the cob, and fried maters. Yummmm. It don't get much better. Oh yeah that's not what I'm doing at all. No doctors etc. I eat between 20 and 50 carbs a day. About 200 g of fat and about 140 G of protein. 1900 calorie max. There are minimums too.
