Smoking Locations in DE beach area

I wanted to see if anyone knew of a location to enjoy a cigar in the Delaware beaches and Ocean City, Maryland area. I will be in the area for work and hoped to find somewhere to unwind in the evening and enjoy a cigar.
On a side note I recently moved into Lancaster County and am finding it interesting watching the bales of tobacco being transported in the past few weeks.
