Now that's how you build a proper Humi!

Isn't that a recurring step throughout the process?

With out sounding like a complete ass... who's holding the camera???

I'm always intrigued at photo technique.

Lol! I didn't even think about that until you mentioned it. I imagine the camera could be hanging from his neck on it's cord, and be on a timer..

It's a great picture!! It made me feel like I was right there with the cigar, but then the other side of my brains kicks in and asks questions. I'm exploring photography a lot right now so my curiosity is in high.

It really is a good shot!!

What kind of photography are you interrested in? Nature, people, places? Some of my photographs can be seen here:
    check them out

It's a flash slide show, but there is a link to the still images just below the slide show.

Funny, I immediately thought of the same question.

That's some good lookin doe you got there!

What kind of camera are you using?

I'm going to photograph everything and anything I can. I have a lot of ideas for some "darker" scenes, but I'm not going to focus on just one type of photography. I want to do everything possible that I can with a camera. No limits, no boundries, just going to let my brain go and then shoot.

I'm definitely going to do cigars, people, places, things, peoples places, peoples things, places people... and everything in between.

My camera is a Sony Alpha DSLR. I have a standard 18-70 zoom lens and a 75-300 telephoto lens. Those deer shots are from up close, without the telephoto lens. I am hoping to capture more photos this weekend, if I can get out of town.

Nice Camera, eh? I'm picking up a new tripod before taking the camera outdoors in hopes of some wildlife photos this weekend. Looking for deer and red fox, weather permitting.
