Boy I tell you, no better way to enjoy a cigar than while rolling cigars. Got a Torano Colosseum here, home made lemonade, Michter's rye, Ultimate Fighter on the tube, and all the while filling my antique cigar press from E-prey with 10 perfectos. Criollo 98 Seco filler, a nice mild Dominican binder. Smells like heaven. Got them all pressing now. I'l wrap them tomorrow with some Ecuador Maduro wrapper. I'm aiming at speed this time, since taking forever doesn't seem to do any better.
You enjoy the aroma of fine cigar tobacco? Roll yourself some knobbly cheroots.
“It has been a source of great pain to me to have met with so many among [my] opponents who had not the liberality to distinguish between political and social opposition; who transferred at once to the person, the hatred they bore to his political opinions.” —Thomas Jefferson (1808)
Enjoying a nice CAO Flathead 554, some fresh brewed iced tea, and watching the BOS/MTL game on the iPad while relaxing on the back deck. Watching & listening to the bats fly above as they snack on the bugs too.
Ended up a disappointing smoke. Expected great got mediocre.
That cigar should have been a Cameroon. Benji was famous for his work with Cameroon and an homage to him and his work should have been reflected with it. As such, I'd probably pass on this cigar if it wasn't for the sweet band that would look nice in my collection!
