    So there’s user error, but there probably needs to be a stronger term for what I just did to this cigar while cutting it. 


    I just covered the whole cap in chapstick, moved the band up, and crossed my fingers. It’s pretty tasty so far though, thanks @Vulchor

    I'm pretty sure I yanked up when I cut it, the way someone scared of a gun does when pulling a trigger. It's holding up pretty well though considering, and it's quite tasty.
