It is. Punch cutter was a bad move. Fixed it with a straight cutter.

@Derek that's the bad thing about the punch cut. High tendency to tar up. I find that they are best with the lighter blends like the Connie's and Cameroons, butcha gotta smoke 'em slow....
It can happen with the vcut too. Moisture tends to collect at the base of the V. Not as bad as the punch, but not as good s,the straight cut when it comes to tar.
