I will be in NYC next week for business, but I do have a sometime in the evenings, does anyone know of any cigar related places that I should check out?  I am staying on West 44th St.

    Agree with davidoff. On the Island, there is Maxi's.

    Davidoff in columbus circle is small but has some very nice employees and a secluded lounge. GREAT for a quick smoke. Theres a bigger one somewhere on 5th Ave, but I have never been there.
    I would say you definitly want to check out the Cigar Inn which is on the east side, somewhere in the 50's on 2nd or 1st Ave. Google map it. BIG lounge, TV's and great walk in humidor.
    For the Night/club scene, theres the Carnegie Club and Merchants for more swank, and Velvet for easy going bar scene. I have only been to Merchants and its cool but bring your own cigar because their prices are high.
