You know, The Lot 23s I really really like - the Torano Dominico really don't do anything for me though... Had one last week while mowing the lawn and kept thinking it wasn't even worth it to burn it while mowing the lawn!

You see if it wasn't for those paper things that come in every month wanting my money or else they will take my house I'd have something like this.
    Nice selection of sticks.
How are the Tat's from the DD? Thats one of the few Tat's I havent had.

I have about 2 months under my belt :-D
Ive been here for almost 2 years, and have been smoking for at least 10. I still consider myself a newb.

Oh man, I am by far a huge freaking newb. Over half my collection I haven't even tried yet because I just don't smoke often enough, but I sure as hell buy often enough, haha!

Not having an unemployed g/f with a 300$ a month car payment and 160$ a month insurance makes it a little easier for me to spend frivolously on cigars a few times a month - It is VERY exciting :-D

In regards to the Tat La Riquaza... they actually didn't do a whole lot for me :-/ I chalked it up to not letting them rest though because I had one about within a week of receiving them. I hope to give them plenty more time and revisit them and hopefully it'll have more pop. To me it reminded me of a bit better than the ccom red label. More mellow and smooth but just kind of a normal, nothing special taste.

Well crap, it looks like photobucket decided to re-size my pictures up to a massive size again. I promise when I posted them they were all the same size! lol

That cohiba looks like it has endured battle damage! Some nice sticks in there though, dude!
  • chrisd56chrisd56 Posts: 77
The Cohiba looks worse then it is, just got some water on it. I figured while i had everything out of the box i would give it a good cleaning. Amazing what you find in there when you don't empty it for a while!!

I posted this in the "ashtray" thread, but figured it still made for good porn, so I'm also posting it here:

Yes it is. Also, a Cohiba Reserva torpedo from 2002, San Cristobal from 2001 and H. Upman Magnum 50....all ISOM. The 5 Vegas Gold just looked good enough to add to the mix, lol.
Just click on the image to get the 'full size' pic in another tab/page on your browser.

Looks like you will get your siglo 3, care of Joey. Nice. I can purchase them in Canada, but the price is out of this world! (ok, I have a cheaper supplier for Cubans, but they will not ship to the U.S.)
My local B&M sells the Siglo 3 for $48 a stick, Canadian. He wonders why I don't purchase much from him ;)

I saw the Cohiba Torpedo (the same as in my ashtray in the photo) selling for $129.00 for a single in Western Canada. Maybe I should have my cigar collection appraised ;)
