I miss Hawaii...

Today would be a perfect day to head down to Honolulu, carry a folding chair up to the park right before Ala Moana bay, and just sit in the shade and watch tourists in bikinis while smoking a cigar. Nice breeze off the ocean, shade of the trees, there is practically always some type of island music playing. Sometimes it was a group of kids learning to play the ukulele, or a stereo at someone's cookout, whatever. It was always just enough to lend into the background of tourists chattering and laughing, kids playing, and the little swells rolling up on shore. Damn that was nice.

    Good ol' Loweezyanna aint doin it for ya huh? I felt the same way when i went from Virginia Beach to the Central Valley of CA. Traded a beautiful beach, bikinis, beer stands on the boardwalk and bonfires for cow ***, crime, mini-mexico and uber amounts of pollution....but the fish tacos are way better :)

    Yeah, the food is way better here too. Thats about all I got.
