Humidified shipments?

I was thinking that C.com sent all of the shipments humidified. I know they had in the past and this is one reason i liked them over CI who never did for me, but recently the last two or three orders from the DD have come with nothing. Normally I wouldn't mind this because it takes two or three days for my package to get to me. Though right now it seems like a bit of a problem because I have recently been deployed to Iraq and packages can take two weeks to ship. Mix that in with the 5 percent humidity that my sticks can face, it doesn't equal awesomeness. Has C.com stopped sending packages humidified or have I hit an unlucky stretch with packing people?
