Xikar Genesis lighter not lighting..... again.....

Gonna have to send it in for replacement/repair. Not sure what's wrong with it, but this will be the third time I've had to get it replaced.

It's a Xikar Genesis, has anybody else with that particular lighter had any problems with theirs?
