Looks like it's been a while with no response which isn't good for the game. Although I obviously don't meet the 25 minimum posts requirement, I was an active member on the old boards before I took some years off from cigars due to monetary issues.

Well, like I said, there hasn't been a response in a while. I was very active many years ago on the old boards but apparently those are gone now.
Regardless, shouldn't it be up to the guy asking whether he's willing to take a shot on trust? I mean, if he is willing, how does it hurt anyone if he sends me something and then I pass along to someone else? That's how we used to do it. There wasn't a good traders list and it's too bad that it is necessary these days.
The worst outcome is he sends me a couple cigars and my name gets blacklisted. Seems like a poor trade on my end for a few cigars.
