Race to 220lbs

So i set a goal for my self that i want to get down to atleast 220 i am currently 250lbs. I set a personal goal that once i do hit 220 i will atleast trim my beard but untill then its gonna grow wild. I thought i would get some added motivation to complete this goal by using all you BOTL's.
Very simple Guess what day ill hit the 220lb mark. Currently i will be going to the gym 3days a week lifting. been awhile since i was last at the gym so a little sore but in a week or two i will add about an hr of cardio in between those days. that might help you figure out when i will hit the 220lb mark.
Rules:
One guess per person honor system of not changing. Noobs are welcome if your not on the good traders list PM and we will get you on there.
Prize will be a nice package and probably include an Opus ****

Good luck bro. I'm doing the same thing (I'm at 226 now) and doing the same routine you are. Gym MWF and runs TTH. In order to answer properly, are you changing your diet at all?0

No eating the same. Dont really eat to unhealthy. Usually alot of carbs though. Dinner is usually past and chicken or just past and a meat sauce or just pasta lol.. Lunch usually Turkey sandwiches. I should be able to do it with out altering diet really maybe just less at each meal if anything. i used to be like 200-210 but 3 knee surgeries later here i am.0 -

February 8th. I've seen people lose up to 60 lbs in 8 weeks before, of course your workouts have to be kinda military. You can do it bro!0

I say which ever one comes first if one of us lose the 30 before march 1st they win. If neither one of us hit 30 by march 1st then who ever lost the most weight. We can weigh in once a week each weekend.RaschNuts:

I would like to be back down to my 215.... Holidays I dont skimp.... I am 235 right now........I have lost 20 lbs in 40 days before but the older i get the harder it is......... Ill be at 215 By St Pattys Day.

I will say Valentines day 2011 - I started at 254. Goal is 220. Im now at 238.... next 8 will be a piece of cake. Last 10 will take some discipline.0

Feb. 27, 2011. Lay off the simple carbs, and eat complex carbs instead. Congrats on wanting to lose weight and doing something positive. You are going to feel sooo much better, you may even change your target weight. If you do it before my guess date...I'll send YOU some sticks. Be strong and stay positive, we are all behind you.0

10 min before lifting on the bike. also will be doing a tues/thurs a 30 min to an hr depending on how my knee takes itENFIDL:you said you would be lifting, how much cardio is gonna be mixed in there as well? I feel like I need that to make a better guess....lol0 -
