    It's YouTube. Alton Brown restarted his YouTube channel. I don't watch it for the cooking as much as I just watch it for the entertainment. I find him to be dryly funny and positive. He was making a standing roast. Not my jam, but it looked good at the end.

    Yeah, this was 2024 and he was supposedly going to be at PCA this past spring but wasn’t. There were a few overseas sites that had them but they were ridiculously priced like they were Cubans.

    If it don’t bother me, it don’t bother me. Just leave me alone.
