    I couldn't do it, a day without food induced a nasty migraine that lasted 3 days.

    I had 2 grandparents die of colon cancer, which is treatable. So I'll put up with the side issues of it.

    Ive had to do that a number of times myself and agree that the purge and starvation are the worst part, first few times was that gallon jug of pina colada flavored death concoction but the last time was a new mix that was as Charlie said gentler.
