Double posting and double roasting, I guess it's a Double Down Friday theme today. Maybe I'll have a CAO Mx2 double maduro.

no, I am very happy with how it turned out, as it turns out.... The darker roast toned it down beautifully and still maintained some of the piney quality that you described while ditching most of the dried fruit notes. Makes a fine espresso and I will use some to give variety to the lighter Central American beans we've been drinking.
