Prednisone is starting to kick in, I can put a cup of coffee in the microwave over the stove now but still sore as hell. Looks like I will be on the stuff for at least a year. Celebrating reheated coffee with a Roma Intemperance ECXVIII Charity while feeding the crows and getting the wood stove fired up.

Chinchalle, homeroast Honduras in the cup. Celebrated the solstice last night with Swiss Chard, an annual tradition for us is to have the last of whatever has survived in the garden. Happy whatever you all celebrate this time of year.
Smoking a Smoker Friendly branded Dominican Gold from the grab bag. Should be called Dominican Bronze or aluminum. Ugly wrapper, light aroma, not too much going on the the flavor department, either. Probably won't get more than halfway through it due to boredom with it.
Well, if this is the worst of the $1 sticks, I'm not doing too bad.
