We cook out at least 3 times a week, sometimes more. I use cabinet scraps, mostly oak, to cook the meat, but every now and then I get some Pecan scraps - now that's a treat. Here's some ribeyes cooked over oak scraps.

That's about a half pound of Italian beef with hot giardiniera on top of a giant slice of sausage pizza....... Yup. That's how we roll in Chi-town.
I'm not going to lie to you, that's the greatest sandwich or what ever you wanna call I've ever heard of. I love italian beef sandwiches and pizza. What a combo. How ever came up with this is pure genius. Who's best out there, Als ?

I'm not a fan of Al's. Too greasy, in my opinion. I got this at Mr. Beef & Pizza. It's not on the menu. A friend of mine suggested I try it and they made it for me.... after a few strange looks in my direction. It's now one of my top 5 favorite foods......
Guns don't kill people, Daddies with pretty daughters do…..

Just had some grilled Sweet Italians, Green Peppers and Onions Hero. Simple, inexpensive, yet hard to beat. I was going to take some pics but the wife gave me a funny look when I told her I was going to get the camera.
Gotta keep this thread going!
Some grilled pork chops with sour cream and fresh garden pico, steamed cabbage and broccoli and a baked potato!
And meatfest 2011!!! This was the platter of sausage and country style pork ribs AFTER 4 people had eaten dinner! There is pork loin buried under there as well. Awesome birthday dinner!
