I got this book awhile ago called the ACLU vs. America or something like that. Some of the cases they have taken up are just plain stupid.

This just one of many articles. Just Google obtaining a SSN illegally and you'll see a lot more. I personally don't think this is a tea party inflammatory unsubstantiated speech. Years ago in the Soldier of Fortune magazine they had ads for getting new SSN or drivers license. I believe back then they accomplished that by getting hold of a childs birth certificate that had passed away.

However you can believe what you like and call it a parties speech all you want, that still doesn't fix the problem with illegal immigration and their ever increasing rights and protection under our laws as our protection under those same laws fades away.
