Reputable Businesses (Dead post)

I've seen conversations stating they've had great business with a number of different companies cigar related. I figured this would be a great opportunity to give first hand experiences with businesses and how much they care about their cigar customers. Me first!

 

NAME EDITED. - I purchased a humidor, lighter, ashtray and some other goodies. My wife sent me a picture of the Four Cigar Black Crystal Ashtray. It had a number of deep scratches on it, and I sent the picture to the company and they replaced it for free and said keep the old one. They had it in the mail that day by the way. I love businesses that ensure their customers are happy.

 

Didn't mean to offend CCOM in anyway. Sounded like a good idea to help other BOTL's out.

    While your idea is a good one here, There's a golden rule about not naming other companies, out of respect to CCOM.

    Ahh no biggie. I bet most everybody including myself has done it. Hope no offense was taken brother because I sure didn't want to do that.
