Glad you got yourself a good one. A few years back Taurus got itself a bad reputation regarding QC issues. I had one of those, a revolver that would always come out of time. After two trips back to the factory I sold it. Reports like yours make me believe they are doing better

So the reason I haven’t wanted to smoke it is because Chris told me that the next version you’ll get is going to be different because the leaves haven’t been aged as long. I had heard from Chris that it was a really good cigar though and Steve wouldn’t send anyone anything that wasn’t great so I was saving it. This Thursday though is my 3 year sobriety date so I’m making myself smoke some of my special cigars to celebrate. That cigar was outstanding and if I didn’t smoke it this week I would have ended up never smoking it. It lived up to the hype I had built up for it in my head, which was a lot.

I think that is a box press thing. A lot of the box press seem to be a little loose in the draw. Personally, if the New World was a round cigar, I think it would be perfect. That is the only complaint I have on it.
