Smoking this Ave Maria torpedo from @genareddog while roasting Liberica Batangas coffee, starting with sorting out all the green coffee defects. Most of the coffee I buy has a much better prep, hoping for a better roast this time, not so dark and roasty. (and meaty). I dropped the charge temp from 275 to 260 C and it seems to be working. TYVM Larry.
