    this is my second opening day kill in three yrs. Got to love it. Time to light a God of Fire.

    Do you have a harvest limit in your state ? I know in some areas you buy a tag and once you drop one your season is done... Come to think of it in Connecticut they are probably so rich with animals they encourage deer management.

    Our state VA, we are allowed 6 per season

    In CT. you get 2 every season bow, rifle, black powder. Plus the land I hunt the guy has crop damage so starting Jan 1, I get to hunt some more till october till the seasons start up again. Yup hunting in shorts this summer.
