Military Retiries And Those Who Served **We Have A Winner**

I want to than all of you that have served so proudly for our country, you have represented her honorably and I am proud to be a part this group. I have a contest running for out active duty members and there is no way I am going to forget about you guys. This contest is just like the other pick a number from 1 to 200 and the one that nails it or comes closest without going over gets a little Christmas Cheer from my family and I.

One guess per person and I will close this at midnight PST tonight (Cali time) and I will announce the winner in the morning and ship on Thursday.

You're an awesome BORK, Mr. Tuccelli, sir, and I just want to thank you for the contest. I served, but it's been so long ago and I did so little that I'll respectfully decline to choose a number. I'll just say "Thank You" to the vets who are still with us and offer a prayer for those who aren't.

A very Merry Christmas to all.

Well it is midnight so the contest is closed. I decided after reading what Marty posted he needed to be in the contest. A vet is a vet is a vet no matter what. So I picked Marty's number for him, I took the position he posted in and used that. I hope that is OK with everybody who is playing.

Here are the players and the numbers they chose. I will run the random number generator thingie later tomorrow and announce the winner then

    spindrift 69
    slickric 137
    wwhwang 86
    jlmarta 6
    lcpleel 187
    greg2648 112
    skweekz 18
    jsnake 142
    The Kid 13

Good Luck to all that played

Congrats to Slickric for the win, and many thanks to Mike - not only for the contest - but also for his seemingly limitless generosity. That was a very nice thing you did, Mike, and it made me feel all warm and fuzzy. (Of course, I am all warm and fuzzy, anyway). But seriously, your kindness is appreciated. Thanks, Mike.
