I use the beads sold by Heartfelt for humidification, and love them.

I've often wondered what would happen if I used bourbon to charge them. Whadda ya think?

    it would ruin the beads and not infuse your cigars as well as you would hope it would.

    That doesn't sound too good...ruin the beads...I love my beads.

    I guess I'll just have to have my bourbon on the side.

    I think that might rip a hole in the space-time continuum. For the love of mankind, don't do it!!!!

    Yea, but William Shatner lives in my county. Captain Kirk never failed us, and Denny Crane never lost a case. I bet he could save my humidor AND the space-time continuium thingy just in the nick of time, too!
